You can download a PDF file of the donation form by clicking the picture of the form below. Please include your email on the form. Don't worrry we hate spam as nuch as anyone. We won't sell or abuse your email in any way. We will only use it to send you news of next years event when planning gets under way.

You can also donate directly by credit card or Paypal at the Christopher's Haven website

We do hope that you help us keep track of how much we've raised by filling in the paddlers name  the honoree box on the form and "CCBC 2009" in the where you heard box.
